When You Drink Water is the Key
You should try and spread out the amount of water you drink throughout the day. It’s a good idea to drink a glass of water before a meal and then wait a few minutes before eating. This will help you feel more full so you are likely to eat a smaller sized portion of your meal, which translates to weight loss!
Water is also very important for exercise. You should drink a glass of water 2 hours prior to exercise, about 20 minutes before exercise and then half a glass every 30 minutes or as need during your routine. If you don’t drink water you can become dehydrated quickly and this will affect your performance. If you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated!
Keep a water bottle handy, especially when you exercise and you will never be caught dehydrated, which can be very dangerous. Drink the recommended amount of water each day and you will feel better and achieve your goals faster.
